Wow! Writing my first blog for my new chiropractic clinic is a huge dream come true! Ascension Chiropractic Health Centre took only 6 months to build, however, was born out of a vision and revelation that has been growing over decades and merely waiting for the right time. This is the time!
I’m so INCREDIBLY excited to create this mission-based environment of love, healing, and empowerment for my beloved patient family as well as for those yet to join us in our Downtown Ottawa location. The creation process will continue as I find better ways, where possible, to deliver the best education, motivation, and true healthcare on the planet!
As you may have read in the ‘About’ section of this website, the seed to want to become a chiropractor was planted in me at the age of 6. At an early age I recognized that I wanted the people I knew and loved to not ONLY be symptom free, but to be well, healthy, and whole. There is a VAST difference!
This childhood desire for people to be truly healthy became cemented in my heart out of living with my Dad’s struggle with the damaging effects of juvenile onset diabetes. For me, growing up with a daily gut-wrenching fear and uncertainty of Dad’s health was a horrifying experience, and one that I wanted to help others avoid, with everything I had in my power! (See my video on the home page!) The reality is, your health, and that of your family, will either lift up and make possible, your dreams, goals, aspirations, and life missions, or it will limit them. Truly, your level of health underpins your success with everything and everyone in your life! And this is why I decided it was time to launch the creation of Ascension Chiropractic. I needed to be true to what I believe is one of God’s most important missions in my life! We have choices. We can curse the darkness or we can turn on the lights…..
The lights of this new chapter will begin destroying the shadows of pain, dysfunction, sickness and disease on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at suite 550-251 Laurier Ave. W., Ottawa, Ontario.
